Warranty

Under Australian Law, consumers have rights regardless of any warranties provided or not by a manufacturer or supplier. You (the consumer) are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to the above, all our hand dryers feature a warranty; in the specification of each model, you will find the warranty period offered for each model.

Please note the following.
Maxdry hand dryers are guaranteed to be free from defects in parts and manufacture for the warranty period from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used under normal operating conditions.

Warranties are not transferable.

Do not attempt to repair or take apart the hand dryer yourself. If the hand dryer has been tampered with before it arrives with us, the warranty will be void.

At the time of warranty claim, you must have proof of purchase and product code (SKU) number; otherwise, all repair work will be charged.

All warranty repair work must be done by Maxdry, its authorised distributer or service provider.

Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Damage caused by accident or negligent use or incorrect installation and maintenance (filter change where required, filter cleaning where required or emptying of the tray where needed) is not covered under warranty.

You are responsible for securing and safely packing the hand dryer when sending it for repair or service. Any damage caused by inadequate packaging is not covered under warranty.

We highly suggest using registered freight or post when sending the unit(s) for repair or service. Any loss during transport is not covered under warranty.

Any parts used not authorised by max dry will result in the warranty being voided.

Any repair or service done by anyone except MaxDry or its authorised service provider will result in the warranty being voided.

If there are any defects with your hand dryer, please contact the provider stating your invoice number, date of purchase, full name and address within seven days of receiving your hand dryer.

We advise that all customers retain the original packaging should the unit need to be returned.

If your hand dryer experiences a problem outside of the warranty period, we offer a repair service where we can collect and professionally repair your hand dryer.

Expenses associated with delivering the units for warranty claim are your responsibility.

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period only.

For any warranty claim, you must produce proof of purchase.

Please note that for best performance, MaxDry hand dryers, like any other electrical appliance, must be used according to a model type. Using a MaxDry hand dryer and maintaining it properly will increase its lifespan and offer you the best return on your investment.
